Served as a first point of contact for Air India Management Office in Qatar under the General Sales Agent Darwish Travel Bureau:
a) Receive, direct and relay telephone calls and fax messages
b) Prepares and manages correspondence, reports & documents.
c) Handling incoming mails and other materials.
d) Organize and coordinates meetings, conference and travel arrangements for Country Managers.
e) Preparing and corresponding data with Air India headquarters in Mumbai and Aviation Industry in Qatar for smooth handling of incoming & outgoing flights.
f) Being a National Carrier, maintain high confidential data between Air India and Government authorities of both India & Qatar.
g) Set up and maintain filing system. Daily checking and maintaining flight data accordingly after every arrival and departure of flight.
h) Keeping record of sales data and preparing report end of every month.
i) Providing required information & documents regarding flights/flight movements to Accounts Section for billing.
j) Responding and handling of passengers/Trade Partners complaints and other queries.
k) Keeping contact details up to date of Travel Agents/their Branches and the corporate.
l) Drafting and sending circulars and other important information to the concerned.
m) Informing and re-accommodating passengers in case of flight delays/cancellations.
n) Organizing and coordinating company events.
o) Handling passenger movements of corporate /shut down labor groups.
