• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Taking care of the whole POS system in all the outlets of the company and supervising the barcoding system of the outlet.
• Monitors current inventory levels and purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
• Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone or with the help of system, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
• Support IT Infrastructure from a security aspect including endpoint, switch, router, and server.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults replace parts as required.
• Checking, Maintaining and installation of CCTV cameras and related issues in Branches.
• Taking care of the PABX system and other telecom related issues in the company.
• Dealing with the third party for any IT and Technical related issues.
• Perform daily system administration tasks to make sure maximum system performance availability; installing, maintenance and OS management.
• Work closely with end users and other IT members to make sure technical issues are resolved and participate in multiple IT projects.
• Responsible for installation, configuration management of wired LAN/WAN, VPN access.
• Install various software and hardware components or set up alternate operating system as demanded by organizational needs.
• Provide accurate security to the systems and ensure that no individual is able to access the systems without prior permissions.
• Provide technical assistance to the projects throughout their development phase by customizing the systems to give desired result.
• Perform periodic hardware and software maintenance, backup assistance for wireless network and participate in monthly after hour network maintenance.
• Install and configuration of Linux, Windows (XP/Vista/7/8/10) system

Beside my academic course work I have been part of many projects as being a Bsc Computer Science graduate and post graduation in Computer Applications.I have good motivation, eager to learn and can work with a team or by myself.
