o Handle multi brand commercial vehicles. o Greet customers and assist them in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions. o Responsible for providing top quality customer service, handling customer calls & inquiries. o Responsible for credit customers payment and supply follow-up o Quote prices, process customer orders over the counter and over the telephone. o Maintaining sales orders, purchase orders, deliveries, cash collection are closed on time as per company standards. o Contacting customers to arrange for the pickup of ordered parts. o Handling and moving parts around from the store to the front counter. o Maintaining the stocking levels in accordance with min & max. o Determining replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests.

o Troubleshoot reported problems and resolved them in a timely manner. o Inspect engines, transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues. o Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are always kept in a safe and usable condition. o Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received. o Diagnosing and repairing automotive problems. o Performing all other duties as assigned by the manager. o Replacing damaged vehicle parts. o Road testing vehicles to ensure they are safe to drive.
