Significant Highlights

•Production planning / control of RTE Plant (RTE Gravy, Dhal/Veg & Rice products, Tomato Sauce and various flavored Mayonnaise products (Mango Mayo, Classic Mayo, Coconut Mayo etc.)
•R&D of new products in various flexible and semi-rigid packaging. (Quality Improvement of existing ones as well under the Brand name of Taste of India, Taste of Rice, Spice Perfection, Red Top & Tiffin)
•Product Recipe/Cost analysis/ Process flow Standardization
•Raw Material planning and contribution in control for efficient and effective flow of material with minimum requirement (Spices from India/Singapore, Frozen F&V from China, Dairy items from NZ)
•Thermal Processing control/improvement/standardization in the existing products.
•Packing and Dispatch management as per purchase orders (domestic & export) for all products.
•To comply with the legal requirements of US FDA, AUS/NZ and EU market in terms of processing/submission/documentation.
•To finalize the packaging & artwork for various products for USA, EU, UK, AUS/NZ market with legal compliance (Nutrition Facts, Ingredients, Allergy Advice etc.)
•Communicating with marketing channels to work out the future products for different countries, leading from initiation of R&D to commercial product/packaging/process line standardization & market launching.
•Dealing with Marketing Head Offices (Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK & India) for product development/orders planning and implementation and market review along with customer’s feedback.

Achievements
•Increased the productivity instantly by 40 % within one month by meticulous planning and execution
•Reduced minimum stock level holding time of RM from 6 month to 2 months for 80% items.
•Contributed effectively in Raw Material purchasing and management by updating the stocks/raw material by enhancing the inventory control management system
•Successfully conducted the Heat Distribution/Heat Penetration studies for USFDA validation and products approval (Simmer Sauces (450 gms) & Dhal and Vegetables (400 gms) with the brand name of Taste of India, Rice collection (250 gms) with the brand name of Taste of Rice, Ginger/Garlic Paste (175 gms)with the brand name of Spice Perfection)
•Last project includes USFDA submission of (Rice/Curry/Veg/Non Veg range (280 gms & 450 gms, Simmer Sauce 2 Kg, Paste Collection 100 gms, Pasta & Sauce Collection 300 gms) and Tuna Chunks in Springwater (1.88 Kg), Tamarind Paste & re-standardization of thermal process for Corned Beef/Mutton for domestic market/Aus/Nz production.
•Introduced products in various zones with compliance of all the legal Processing/ Documentation and Labeling requirements (USA/EU/UK and AUS market)
•Improved the quality of various existing products and re-standardization of the thermal process by reducing the processing time wherever applicable with meticulous modifications in the parameters keeping in mind the sensory attributes with zero risk level
•Contributed effectively in Raw Material purchasing and management by updating the stocks/raw material by enhancing the inventory control management system
•Suggested and changed to packaging of Rice Products & Dhal/Vegetarian products as per the market trend.
•Significantly contributed in finalization of suppliers for various products filling/packing machine & packaging materials.
•Meticulously reduced the cost of Tomato Sauce & Simmer Sauces by reducing basic price & increasing recovery without compromising with the product quality.

 Achieved remarkable 50 % reduction in customer complaints in first quarter of 2020, 100 % reduction in first quarter of 2021, by leading production/quality/dispatch/sales team.
