1) Steel Melting shop & Rolling Mill All EOT cranes, services hoist & jib hoist maintenance, like Wire rope Changing, brake adjustment, wheel changing, wheel boggie changing, g/box changing, motor changing, wire rope alignment job, g/box with motor alignment.
2) Daily Inspection of crane as per schedule.
3) Better communication with co-worker, team leader and sr. person.
4) All activities daily updated in SAP system.
5) Proper planning of all job and try to finished in nominal time.
6) Always follow up the safety rules.
7) Do the daily discus about safety.
8) Take a permit as per job.
Mechanical Maintenance in Caster Department, As well as EOT Crane maintenance, Working in Shift duty as a team leader, In Shift duty we was checked all mechanical related equipment, like Laddle turret, Tundish, Mould, Segment, Dummy Bar And dummy bar Disconnection unit, Shifter table, Run out table and Hydraulic unit.
