Monitor stock levels/stock rotation on a daily basis. Ensuring all stock is stored and handled in safe and orderly Manner.
Control of waste in line with target set, including up- dating reports with actions taken.
Manage all stock movements and transactions through the Dynamics System. Presently working on SAP System.
Ensure Products and services are supplied to customer specification at all times, including product date and code controls.
Drive quality initiatives and resolved customer issues.
Conduct daily briefings and handle daily issues.
Collaborate with the operation team to achieve financial, employee and customer goals.
Guide Employee through the established objectives, Policies, rules, Practices and standards.
Schedule and control Employee to meet labor productivity and overtime targets.
Provide a safe environment for all employee.
Maintain safe working environment.
Establish and maintain warehouse operational infrastructure.
Develop and maintain ISO level operation guidelines and metrics including communication to internal and external customers.
Develop and monitor productivity standards.
Maintain the FIFO System to make sure Products moves as First in Fist out (Expiry date).
Maintain to Pest control system to as per SOP and make sure Products are safe for consumption.
Maintain the manning levels according to the agreed Budget.
Co-coordinating with outlets managers to identify their requirements and discuss delivery issues and concerns.
Carrying out the monthly inventory of stock.
Maintaining quality in Hygiene &Cleaning standards of received products.
Maintaining all Documentation relevant to stores system.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:-
