Scientist - Production Enhancement at Halliburton Energy Inc
  • Saudi Arabia - Dammam
  • My current job since February 2013

Directly involved in New Technology Implementation Assignments in the field of Hydraulic Fracturing and Acid Stimulation Techniques for Enhanced Oil Recovery from Oil & Gas Formations in Saudi Arabia
Technologies Worked and successfully implemented:-
1. Permstim Fracturing Fluid: - Innovative low residue fracturing fluid system for Hydraulic Fracturing Application.
2. Conductor Fracturing with Natural Sand from Saudi: - Pillar Type Fracturing Technique for Enhanced Conductivity in Oil& Gas Formations.
3. Zero Flare Technique: - Provided chemical solutions for Oil and BS&W treatment in offshore operations.
4. Water Web/ Conformance: - Optimized the Treatment rates for oil- water separation in reservoir, thus stopping water flow and enhancing Hydrocarbon flow to the wellbore.
5. Seawater Fracturing Fluid System Development: - Utilizing Seawater instead of Fresh water for Fracturing Operations. This project received appreciation from Saudi Aramco for successful R&D work.
6. Surfactant - Formation Mobility Modifiers Identification: - Customized surfactants selection and Treatment for enhanced oil recovery.
7. Fracture Acidizing Technique :- Optimizing the Stimulation Acid and Emulsified Acid Treatments to counter the corrosion and Scaling tendencies in the well bore tubings during the Treatment.
