Duties and Responsibilities:
✓ . Supervising Meetings (Conference) and other Banquet Events like Weddings, Outdoor Caterings and other social functions.
✓. Taking care of all scheduled functions are take place on time and according to plan. Responsible for proper setups as per the Banquet Event Order and the cleanliness of Banquet areas.
✓. Handling all guests, if necessary taking decisions and solving Problems.
✓ Preparing Banquet checks and posting into accounts.
✓ . Making note of all comments and preparing "Captain Report" for each function supervised.
✓ . Conducting Briefings and trainings for the staff and giving instructions for the proper operation and skills development.
✓ . Taking care of the Daily Staff Schedule and Attendance.
✓ Supervising the handling, storage, and security of all catering service equipment.
