• Performed detailed Interior fit-out, FF&E quantity
takeoffs and prepared RFQ documents.
• Communicated with design consultancies for
clarifications & subcontractors for Quotations.
• 3D visualization for Value engineering & Pre-
construction support using 3ds Max & Vray.
• Analyzed BIM models using Revit for Quantity
takeoffs & Visualization(for 4D Scheduling).
• Executed an office project & several residential
projects from concept design to handover.
• Researched project requirements to create
preliminary sketches for client presentations.
• Developed concepts, finishes, lighting schedules,
color schemes & construction documents.
• Coordinated with clients, contractors &
consultants to complete multi-disciplinary
projects.
• Coordinated the purchases and deliveries of FF&E,
set budgets and monitor project costs.
• Developed Initial concepts, preliminary schematics
and mood boards for client meetings.
• Prepared BOQ’s, joinery details, color schemes &
assisted materials & furniture selection.
• Worked on residential & hospitality projects-
assisted in preparing construction drawings.
• Performed site inspection to update progress &
coordination of various building services.
• Secured University First rank in Bachelor of Design Degree(2010-2014) • Studied a semester(5th semester - Fall 2012) at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, United States of America as a part of Semester abroad program. • Architecture Association Fine arts secretary – SRM University, Chennai(2013-2014) • Magazine Committee member – FABFEST 2012–Arch and design symposium
A semester of International education at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA (CIDA accredited) gave me an International exposure and boosted my confidence so that I can perform in a higher level at the workplace. It also gave a new perspective in approaching design by giving emphasis to the user experience.
