Execution of project, Payment preparation & submission, Discussion/meeting with Client, Managing workers, Documentation, Coordination of work, Supporting tender department
• Leads and Supervises in Installation and Testing of ATS/MTS/LV Panels/Generator/Diesel Tanks/cabling at various sites.
• Assisting in Tender and Costing for Electrical Installations.
• Preparation of Work Orders and getting approval from Client, Bills Preparation and Payment Submission as per BOQ.
• Timely repair/replacement of any faulty part or whole of equipment in accordance with CICPA/CMW Representative for complete functionality of the system throughout the maintenance period.
• Co-ordination with different departments and jobs for the smooth completion of Electrical Installation and Maintenance.
• Plans and prepares periodical preventative maintenance schedule.
• Leads and Supervises electrical section in maintenance related activities and ensures that maintenance practices are carried out in accordance with accepted standard and industrial norms.
• Carries out stage and final inspection of repair jobs done by contractors either on site or in their facilities outside, evaluate their procedures and competency and witnesses the necessary tests before acceptance.
• Maintains stock of spare parts and electrical consumables for completing the works on time.
• Monitors electrical maintenance jobs during shutdowns/break downs to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Checks completed work to ensure conformity to specifications and quality.
• Provides work direction to electrical technicians.
