- Managing insurance database through various database tools.
- Support the process of AIMS \[Advance Insurance Management System\] ERP .
- Responsible for planning and coordinating the change management of processes required for the support of ERP systems necessary for business operations.
- Ensure that ERP software meets business requirements and goals, fulfils user requirements, and identifies and resolves systems issues.
- Handled key IT projects like setting up IT infrastructure for new branch, change over technology/software, etc.
