Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summariz-

Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts,
account analyses, new product information; relaying customer

Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating
product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising;
maintaining research databases.
Follow up with agencies for marketing designs, flyers, posts, and
handling the Digital Marketing Campaigns of the company.
Prepare and present our new brands in meetings with new distribu-
tors in different areas of Lebanon and key accounts mainly.
Follow up on shipments with suppliers, prepare annual marketing
calendars for key accounts and work on their promotional market-
ing calendar accordingly.
Search for new products and brands to be shipped and exclusively
distributed by our company in Lebanon.
Follow up with the Sales team on daily basis and created a daily
sales report template to follow up and take corrective actions if
needed.
Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing
information; organizing work; and answering the telephone.
Schedules interviews by coordinating appointments for candidates
with the GM.
Responds to complaints from customers and give after-sales
support when requested.
Follow up with the Sales Team routes, aging, and collection.
Coordinates the sales team by managing schedules, filing import-
ant documents and communicate relevant information.
Screening CV’s, short listing the qualified profiles, conducting
interviews, and providing the interview evaluations to top manage-
ment.
Prepare contracts for accepted candidates.
Supervise the employees’ attendance, resolves conflicts, and analyze
the HR policies
