Key areas of responsibility.
• Complete Study of tender documents, data sheet, and scope of work and prepare cost estimation for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, canisters, storage tanks, stacks, silos & pipe spool fabrication.
• Perform basic design of pressure vessels using Pvelite if required.
• Preparation of cost estimation for shut down & maintenance jobs.
• Floating Enquiries, analysis of offers received from vendors in consultation with engg. Dept. Raising queries and try to get complete offer from vendors without any exclusions.
• Close coordination with client for any clarifications during bidding.
• Close coordination with planning engineer & design engineer to ensure compliance with client specific requirement.
• Compiling the techno-commercial proposal as per client's requirement and presenting to the management for approval.
• Submitting the proposals, techno-commercial clarification submittals, attending meetings for techno-commercial negotiations and clarifications in the pre order stage.
• Preparation of job order including budget, scope of work etc.
• Arranging kick off meetings with the execution team and pointing out contract clarifications agreed during bid stage.
• Preparing bids for ARAMCO vessels & heat exchangers as per ARAMCO standards.
• Preparing cost estimation for maintenance jobs especially for ARAMCO.
• Providing supporting services as & when required in the interpretation of contracts after contract award and preparation of additional claims.

• Handle responsibilities of estimating the costs of equipments as well as defining the profitability objectives
• Study of tender documents, data sheet, scope of work for complete cost estimation.
