Senior Facade Architect
• Responsible of overall design and implementation of the project.
• Supervising and monitoring of all production function including installation.
• Checking & Coordinating Technical and Management aspect of the project.
• Ensure that all material shall be in accordance with the projects specification.
• Responsible of the progress of works.
• Prepare & Evaluate project cost and includes variation works and progress billing.
• Prepare quantity for the required construction material and its availability and request to the procurement to fix the material order.
• Issue shop drawing to the site management team for implementation.
• Provide technical advice to the QA/QC department ensuring that all aspect of works & has been properly executed in accordance to the scope of works.
• Give instruction to draftsman to prepare shop drawing and fixation detail.
