Roles and Responsibilities
* Lead the team of BMs, MDM and Institutional Mangers in creating the business growth map for
the region for critical levers such as Distribution, Markets, Visibility, Quality and finally Top-lines
* Deploy necessary Infrastructure to ensure maximize quality distribution at optimal cost to serve
* Effectively manage and deploy sales budgets within approved levels to maximize efficiency
* Ensure early and efficient adoption of cutting edge sales processes including aspects such as
Information technology, Customer engagement tools, Capability building
* Formulate strategies (short and long term) region and branch wise to facilitate in delivering the
business plans with inputs from cross functions-Marketing, Customer Marketing, Logistics and
Supply Chain, R&D in the plans for ensuring uniform understanding and buy in of all the key
process partners
* Support and facilitate development and implementation of unit business and monitor on a regular
basis performance against the deployed business plans and provide direction & corrective
measures to facilitate achievement of the plan by various functions
* Manage team motivation, morale and development. Collaborate with P&O to deploy objectives,
ensure periodic reviews/feedback and ensure effective people practices and processes. Driving

ensure smooth functioning of sales operations
