 Managed HR generalist activities like recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and statutory compliance were much satisfactory by management.
 Co-ordinated with entire Head of the department and filled the vacancies at the earliest to support operation processes
 Prepared job descriptions for all the employees in the hotel also prepared SOP’s for the betterment of most of the operational procedures
 Wages and salary administration entire process customized version created and implemented accurately
 Designed HR forms, documents and processes for human resource operations
 Handling employee queries and grievances for over 100 employees

 Started my carrier in HR, contributed on making monthly Payroll and clearing payroll bank procedures for staff and labour around 1500 employees, modified the attendance system to complete the process earlier.
 Made HR policy and procedures by researching the process of the company and by means of HR’s standard techniques.
 Co-ordinated for technical staff and labour recruitment in which the strategy is developed to focus mainly on the skills & competency of the candidates.
 Importance of Job Analysis was explained to top management then convinced to create job descriptions for all positions in the organization to evaluate employees.
 Salary matrix, competency matrix which are not in place were prepared & implemented, recruitment processes changed after the matrix implemented.
 ISO training process was headed and achieved certification for ISO 9001-2008, ISO14001-2004 OHSAS 18001 - 2007 through BM Trada certification body.
 Organization Structure developed and implemented for easy work processing and for swift reporting and feedback.
 General P.R.O co-ordination issues because of documents missing were solved using standard documentation process implemented as per ISO quality standard.
 Employee hand book was created and implemented, induction for employees, basic material arrangement processes were made informative and gained goodwill of newly joined employees.
 Accommodation management for over 5000 employees made satisfactory by setting up all basic facilities in the place where there is no urbanization (Al Khawneej - Dubai) until August 2014.
 Manpower distribution for over 50 + projects were consolidated, administered using excel connected in head office and labour camp.
 HSE policy prepared using guidance from ISO Consultant and co - ordinated with head of Health and safety for implementation, the safety policy is used for over 10 projects successfully.
 Training headed on developing Microsoft dynamics AX ERP, co - ordinated for developing Human resources module, conducted training for HR executives in the team.
 Various areas of Dispute management from room fighting to court case issues we solved using HR Grievances Handling techniques.
 Workman compensation & health insurance handled for over 1500 employees successfully.
