Spareparts Salesman in Hyundai Passenger Vehicle Section
(1) To provide high standard of support to sales staff regarding issues arising in parts identification, alternate parts, parts super cession.
(2) To verify the items as per packing list and Goods Received Notes to assess any physical damage or wrong supply or discrepancies, and report the discrepancies for claims.
(3) Use inventory control systems and Electronic Parts Catalog
(4) To arrange re-location of parts according to parts movement codes.

1. Assist Head of the Section by typing Concerned documents and send it through both hard and soft copies.
2. Prepare Monthly / Quarterly Report and send it to the Head quarters.
3. Filing, and Retrieval of Office Documents.
4. Making copies of the Office records.
5. Send and receive Faxes, emails and convey it to appropriate persons in the Office.
1. Assembling and troubleshooting of PCs.
2. Installation and troubleshooting of Computer Applications and Operating Systems.
