Responsible for the monthly and weekly reports, delegates duties and responsibilities to the staff, merchandising, acts as in charge in the absence of the manager
Manages 5 staff making sure the brand is delivered to customers according to brand standard. Coordinates with the territory sales manager. Ensures the stocks is being monitored as well as the sku units. Motivates the staff to increase sale and push sku units.
Manages the brand and makes sure the staff is delivering excellent customer service. Merchandising the items. Communicates with the territory sales manager on a daily basis. Prepares the monthly reports, weekly reports, inventory, and outfit building for the window.
As a Sales Associate, I make sure every customer entering the shop is being assisted. We do sale transaction using POS and Card machine. Do some merchandising and outfit build up from time to time. Ensures that target is being reached.
Taking of orders from customers. Inventory of items.
