Responsibilities:
• Supports and handles all the personal meetings of the Managing Director
• Handles all office general administrative duties.
• Handles travel arrangements and visas of the Managing Director and employees.
• Handles incoming calls, mails, correspondence and arranging meetings and appointments
• Invoicing, making LPO, monthly payroll and coordinating with suppliers & sub-contractors
• Involves technical support during build up on site and coordinates with organizers & exhibitors
• Follow up onto existing customers database and other sales requirements.
• Handle sales documents and organize database.
• Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients.
• Handles the procurement and involves in the over-all operations of the production house.
• Handles office documentations and renewal of licenses and registrations.
• POS data entries and preparing for VAT quarterly reports.
Maintains general accounting works, processing invoices, LPO’s, monthly disbursements and compiling year end reports and summaries;
•Performing a variety of clerical and support services including documentation or information processing, handling payments and receivables, scheduling meetings and appointments;
•Preparing payroll for staff and laborers;
•Answering phone calls and customer complaints; and
•Maintains harmonious relationship with clients at all level.
•Handling individual, group and educational tours, to design, cost and offer creative packages to the clients for various tours or based on clients request;
• Immigration and DFA Liaison assisting visa for foreigners and pass porting for locals; and
•Sales and marketing in schools and offices, coordinate transport arrangements and airport representative duties, administrative duties
•In charge of reporting to the Managing Director regarding the daily operations of the company;
•In charge of securing licenses of all the cargo vehicles with the Maritime Transportation Office and other documentation; and
•In charge of releasing shipments from the Bureau of Customs.
•In charge of answering inquiries regarding our services in hydrographic survey;
•In charge of giving quotation and prices; and
•In charge of clearing shipments from Bureau of Customs.
•In charge of preparing documents & other clearances for the releasing of shipments from Bureau of
Customs;
•In charge of making financial reports of the company and submitting quotation for local and import;
•In charge of payroll and other accounts.
