-Provide skin care to patient, take temperature, pulse, respiration blood pressure and help patient in and out and walk -Provide assistants of making bed, help patient eat, dress and bathe -Keeping patients room neat, seat up equipments with some procedure -Observing patients physical, mental and emotional conditions and report any changes for documentations -Developing the day to day nursing care plans Perform several procedures such as dressing wounds- -Nursing a newborn child
