- Creating mood boards then selecting and even designing bespoke furniture based on clientsʼ preferences and feedback.
- Specifying furniture finishes, modifications, and additions (fabrics, trimmings, fringes, etc.)
- Creating BOQ based on the selection and modifications
- Tracking and controlling the project progress and managing any necessary changes
- Scheduling site visits to ensure quality and client satisfaction

- Creating conceptual lighting layouts then developing them into technical production files
- Setting budgets and creating BOQs to share with clients
- Modifying and customizing product material and design in accordance to site
- Organizing product delivery to site, overlooking site execution, and managing and coordinating product installation
- Designing and executing projects presented with innovative structural systems, detailing, and materials
- Coordinating and monitoring the work of both contractors & suppliers
