Responsibilities:
-Preparing Reinforcement, Concrete Shop Drawings.
-Structural detailing of RCC structures.
-Structural steel detailing.
-Prepare Bar Bending Schedule ( BBS).
-Supervision of Concrete Works, Rebar Fixing, involved in QA/QC activities, Conducting Testing of Concrete.
-Visit sites and building relationships with the site managers.
-Measure and value the work done on site.
-Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.

-Project Name: Residential Buildings. Location: Tripoli, Lebanon.
Responsibilities:
-Create building designs and highly detailed drawings by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
-Apply for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
-Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
-Check the materials, furnishings, accessories and artwork as well as architectural materials and the application.

-Project Name : Villas in Nakhle . Location: Tripoli, Lebanon.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare layouts, drawings and preliminary sketches.
-Prepare shop drawings of Plan, Section & Elevation from tender drawings.
-Preparing shop drawings for all type of staircases with finishing detail, handrail detail, Handrail fixation detail, Skirting & Coping detail.
-Prepare presentation slides in Ms Power Point.
-Write Reports, Site Visits and small-scale Project Management.
-Help in projects schedule (detailed work program), Budget, Quotation, BOQ.
-Visit sites and building relationships with site managers.
-Review submitalls including mock-ups and samples.
