Responsible for receiving new customer orders from the sales force and ensuring that the order is accurately entered into the system for processing and billing.
Successfully handle calls from the sales force, Order Coordination and Sales Engineers to ensure that the customer has a positive experience and receives all of the appropriate services needed for their order.
Interacts directly with Order Coordination, Sales Engineers and all aspects of Sales team to ensure that customers receive the best experience possible.

Warehouse Control, Making Reports for warehouse daily consumption analysis as sub-materials and main parts, responsible for the incoming and shippable materials and finished goods, responsible in warehouse cycle counts and monthly inventories, can manage well the DAX or Dynamic AX system application, Can assemble and disassemble Phones, Inspection of Phones using Quality Inspection Guidelines.
