Responsible for the store’s sales, profitability, inventory, customer service, safety and store condition. Emphasis is placed on customer service and operating within the scope of Company policies and standards and applicable laws.
Promotes a positive work environment and maintains excellent employee, customer and community relations
Inspects General facility and property conditions. Ensure proper standards of cleanliness, safety, maintenance and operation. Maintains positive store image by ensuring general housekeeping and maintenance.
Ensures that store product is stocked and effectively displayed and promotional exhibits are executed in accordance with Company marketing plans and programs.
Follows Company sales control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
Follows and enforces all government requirements, health and safety codes, brand inspection standards, and the Company policies, procedures and standards that apply to the conduct of business.
Maintains a safe environment for customers and protects Company assets including information, retail, and property.

( Cash/ Credit Card).
Carefully checks and verifies credit cards. Maintain good relation to co workers and superiors.
Give information to the customer regarding the current promotions.
Provide good customer service for continuous patronage
