- Ensure that planning production staffs are working following new job description, assist them as necessary.
- Analyze daily production report and keep status of M2 produced per day, per month, in order to understand factory capacity, create a 1 year minimum “production forecast”, liaise with PM and Production Manager and advice them in which month of the year the factory will be over loaded or with nothing to do.
- Ensure that the production will not be overloaded and the site never missing material to keep going with installation.
- Liaise with Production Manager in regards of forthcoming works.
- Liaise with Project Managers on work progress and any problems.
