Key responsibilities:

•Involve and manage design projects from concept development through completion
•Prepare mood board or design proposals to meet the client needs.
•Responsible for the preparation of CAD drawings; from interior construction up to joinery drawings for interior fit out.
•Taking-off quantities from the drawings and prepare Bill of Quantities.
•Prepare contracts, fees and presentation submittals to the client.
Review and prepare E-Supply Tenders bid quotation and design proposals.
•Clearly and concisely communicate with design team throughout project duration regarding site condition, design concept, drawings and follow through.
•Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
•Update and maintain files according to the company filing system.

Key Responsibilities:

•Attend client meeting and outline design objectives.
•Create mood board and material board for client presentation
•Accountable for the preparation of CAD drawings; from interior construction up to joinery drawings.
•Participate in furniture selection, finish selection and specification process.
•Taking-off quantities from the drawings and prepare Bill of Quantities.
•Prepare and source quotation for the materials and furniture while keeping within budget.
•Prepare and participate in client presentations.
•Coordinating closely with the designers, project manager, site engineers and sub-contractors to work within timely schedules through to final project completion.
•Overall responsible for applying project permits, approval of plans and obtaining final completion certificate at Dubai Civil Defense and Dubai Municipality.

Key Responsibilities:

•Responsible for project design deliverables in construction drawings, concept board, material swatch and FF&E documents.
•Prepare and inquire quotation for the finishes, furniture, lights etc.
•Assist in client briefing and presentation.
•Report to the senior designer on tasks and deliverables. Work directly to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completion; on-time, on/under-budget and meets company quality standards.
•Coordinating closely with external team member of the projects; sub-contractors and suppliers to guarantee the quality and timely handover the project to the utmost satisfaction of the clients.
• Visit and monitor project site from the start up to completion.
•Responsible for project set up, sourcing furnishings, artworks and home accessories as per overall budget.
•Organize project samples, project filing binders, and finish binders in an orderly manner and according to company standards.
