• Managing the Design Team for Shop Drawings, and Designs
• Managing Site Teams For the execution of works ( Engineers and Forman’s )
• Finalizing Projects quotations, Contracts, Claims and handing over documents
• Implementing new System in the Factory in order to insure easier process for job orders between the design studio and the Production line.
• Follow up on the” Works Progress”, and reporting to the MD and Client.
• Resolving any discrepancies, by coordinating with Clint’s Main contractors.
• Maintain the Quality Control on site works, as per Standards and Project Specification.
• Review, comment & approve the Shop Drawing.
* Managing Sub Consultants, Contractors & Sub contractors.
* Managing Consultant teams and coordinate between them to deliver the projects on time.
* Review, comment & approve the submitted Materials.
* Review, comment & approve the submitted Shop Drawing.
* Carry out the works Inspections activities.
* Resolving any discrepancies at site, by coordinating with Clint.
* Maintain the Quality Control on site works, as per Standards & ADM regulations.
* Follow up on the” Works Progress”, and reporting to the Client on Bi- weekly basis.
* Monitor the safety Issues on site.
* Coordinating the MEP works/ Drawing with ID works/ Drawing.
* Snagging, De- Snagging and finalizing the Close out Documents.
* Review and approve documentation reports.
• Managing on-site labor team of up to 50 people, to include electricians, carpenters, jupon board carpenter’s, specialist wallpaper hangers, painters, masons, glass contractors, A.C / MEP contractors, IT technicians, landscape contractor.
• Surveying properties for product quantities.
• Having an extensive knowledge of building procedures and products.
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Fully supervising the executions of the project.
• Managing subcontractors and reporting on their progress.
• Supervise and approve the quality of the executed tasks for the project.
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Liaising with consultant and hotel operator.
• Q.C check, all snag work for the project.
• Furniture distributing.
