• Responsible for training coordination, employee information, benefits and certifications files.
• Develop valuable HR procedures and work plans.
• Administer the yearly Employee Survey and follow up with Regional Office for outcome results and areas of improvement for each department.
• Analyze and submit monthly reports to the General Manager regarding annual leaves, variable earnings and deductions, SSNF medical payments, Insurance, New Hires and Terminated Employees.
• Coordinate with Regional Office the Employee Of The Year Event.
• Organize, plan and assist in the participation in several International Events.
• Maintain focus in demanding work environments, under deadline and pressure conditions. Meet challenges head-on and always find a way to effectively complete multiple assignments or tasks.
• Responsible for account management, publicity management, media relations.
• 100% project completion on time while meeting strict timelines and budget requirements.
• Launch new product into the marketplace.
• Create promotional marketing strategies to stimulate sales growth.
