2007 - 2009 COMBANK MARKETING UNIT/Account Broker
- Process quotations to different accredited Insurance Companies for coverage of COMBANK Non-Package accounts and all RNI accounts. ( ex. Property Floater, Marine Hulls, EAR, GPA)
- Process proposals for clients based all approved quotations from Insurers and renewal proposal as requested.
- Process renewal advice on all expiring policies with acceptance/approval of Insurers
- Monitoring renewal accounts.

- Attending clients meeting/discussion of Insurance coverage.
- Client calls for inspection of property with Insurance Company on all high risk accounts and as requested by insurer as a requirement for policy coverage.

- Placing Insurance Quotation to insurers for insurance packages and clients insurance coverages.
- Process Insurance proposal to Marketing AO as approved by the Insurance Companies
- Check the completeness of information stated in the ARF, minimum required documents & compliance to guidelines vs. the attached proposal or supporting document or any email or other written instruction
- Placing instruction for issuance of clients insurance coverage to Insurance Companies
- Handling request of Marketing Account Officer for endorsement.
- Follow-up pending insurance policies to all Insurance Companies
- Answering email inquiries of Insurance Companies and Marketing AO.
- Monitoring Unapplied payments of Marketing counterpart.
- Requesting endorsements to correct policy and as requested by marketing AO
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing
- Handles transaction for booking, adjustments, or renewals whenever necessary or as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
- Computing insurance premium for Motor Car Vehicle as requested by clients.
- Preparing proposals or covernote slip to clients for their confirmation to proceed with the issuance.
- Monitoring renewal policies of all renewal accounts.
- Policy checking for all submitted policies from branches and direct clients.
- Checking completeness of documents and encoding all newly approved leased vehicles and mortgaged vehicles of Toyota
