As Marketing Manager I oversaw a number of different activities helping to increase the brand awareness by 23%. This was directly supported by digital and social marketing plans I delivered on.
I also developed detailed market analysis that enabled us to design strategic and operational plans. From there, we were able to focus on a strategy for media, naming and branding products in conjunction with R&D and detailed communications plans. A combination of traditional and digital strategies was used to deliver key communications to our audiences.
I also looked after trade marketing that included budget planning, market intelligence and cross-selling. Helping to increase sales by 43% in some states, with an overall trade marketing team of 32 people.

This role involved managing key accounts for the company. Marketing and advertising campaigns were tailored and designed for clients including Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, and Subaru among others.
A key part of this role was the management and training of account executives to support the implementation of the company strategy.
My role included: Assisting the marketing manager in budget planning and coordinating the promotional campaigns. Supported the implementation of the Frequent Flyer Program.
