- Registering and modifying new and existing profiles on User Access Management (UAM) system called NHS Care Identity Service (CIS) by referring to the RBAC Security Matrix according to the end-users profession and access level.
- Resolve end-user issues on the service desk (Top Desk) by meeting the Helpdesk KPI’s and Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Building hospital locations as well as configuring clinical and non-clinical access roles on Citrix Support Web via Cerner Back Office tools, HNA, PPR, DCP, SADB, Location, Localias, and PMLocAttrib to ensure Data Configuration Worksheets (DCWs) are maintained.
- Testing Location and Role Access builds for Cerner Millennium EPR on Prod, Dev, Mock and Cert domains to see the functionality of the end user’s access and workflow.
- Leading the RA Team, including delegation of duties and responsibility of shift patterns to provide continual service.
- Managing the day to day running of the RA service for the Cerner Millennium EPR Project deployment and implementation across the Trust, including appropriate provision of service to all sites across all RA activities.
- Lead on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to smartcards.
- Working alongside Temporary Staffing and Medical Workforce to ensure that new starters / movers within the Trust are provided with an efficient RA service to support the onboarding process.
- Responsible for the ongoing operation of the ESR Interface (RA Workbench and HR Administration URP's) for managing access to NHS SPINE's Care Identity Service via the use of Role Based Access Control and Smartcards.
- Mapping out ESR positions on Local Workstructures URP to integrate with the end user's smartcard role access on the Care Identity Service application.
