Prepare patient, sterilize and disinfect instruments, set up instrument trays, prepare materials, and assist dentist during dental procedures. Record treatment information in patient record.
Perform administrative works such as schedule appointments, do follow up calls, encoding of patients’ records, prepare bills and receive payment for dental services, complete insurance forms, and maintain records.
Communicates with suppliers regarding ordering dental materials, and keeping records of stocks of dental supplies.
Answer phone calls and provide customer service and information to a patient's inquiry.

•Duties: Responsible for a broad variety of clerical, secretarial and administrative support duties. Typical duties include maintaining records and files; composing and editing correspondence; data entry; typing and word processing; answering telephones and relaying information; duplicating and distributing materials; preparing for meetings; ordering and stocking supplies and equipment; reviewing and processing forms and other documents; assist in tracking legislative issues; work with personnel unit in reviewing confidential documents, input data and prepare reports; operating office equipment such as copiers, personal computers, computer terminals, calculators, facsimile machines, scanners, printers, and other equipment; and performs related duties as assigned.
•Prepares travel itinerary and arranges flight reservations, hotel bookings, car hire, etc.

The representative demonstrates product knowledge, has a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models and is responsible for all sales activities, technical support for the achievement of customer satisfaction.
The representative handles incoming customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone; records consistent problem areas with the intent of providing customer satisfaction, and retention. Provides technical support in software installation.
The clinic nurse identifies problems through patient assessment and interactions; and evaluates actual or potential patient health problems, assesses, plans and implements interventions for solving patient immediate care problems. Develops and participates in educating patients, their families, or significant others about take home medicines and interventions to ensure quality patient care.
