• Hired to provide continuity to the company professionalization process and implement new Human Resources Culture in the company including process review to make the area strategic.
• Revised and elaborated the New-Employee Induction Program, Code of Conduct and Ethics, the Trainee Program and all policies and procedures, aligning them to directives established by the company strategic plan for the next 5 years.
