Human Resources Director - reporting to the President
Team: 33 professionals (manager, coordinators, analysts)
• Hired to provide continuity to the company professionalization process and implement new Human Resources Culture in the company including process review to make the area strategic.
• Revised and elaborated the New-Employee Induction Program, Code of Conduct and Ethics, the Trainee Program and all policies and procedures, aligning them to directives established by the company strategic plan for the next 5 years.
• As part of the management model, applied Employee Satisfaction Program, which resulted in subsidies for cultural Change activity, aligning policies and procedures with new company needs in a highly competitive market.
• Prepared Payroll processes to attend new requirements of e-Social guidelines, including changing the version of the Totvs System and general revision of all employees’ data.
• Adapted management routines in Human Resources areas: Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Personnel Administration, Health and Safety, Union Negotiation, to guidelines established by the Audit area.
• Restructured the Human Resources Team, applying current management concepts to transform team members into Internal Human Resources Consultants and Business Partners.
• In partnership with the Legal Department, works on a qualification and training program for responsible managers in order to minimize labor actions related to moral damages and reversal of dismissal for just cause.
Human Resources Director - reporting to the President
Team: 35 professionals (managers, coordinators, analysts)
• Hired to implement new Human Resources culture at the company, including process review to make the area strategic.
• In partnership with the Hay Group, reassessed and realigned company structure to attend growth demands, monitoring Best Market Practices and integrating 3 business divisions.
• Worked actively as member of the Executive Committee on the implementation of Class A project and Balanced Scorecard, transforming established directives in actions to be followed by all levels.
• Implemented the individual-agreement negotiation program with all Unions that allowed this practice, significantly improving Union X Company relations.
• Elaborated the remuneration package for executives (Directors and Managers), creating benefit and salary levels that align to market reality and company objectives, reducing turnover and ensuring expected results.
• Coordinated, together with Headquarters in Germany, Employee Satisfaction Program, which served as a basis for implementing new attraction and attraction programs.
Human Resources Manager for South America - reported to the HR Director and to the President
Team: 12 professionals (managers and coordinators)
• Implemented and managed all Human Resources areas, including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Assessment, Leadership Development Program, Drug Dependency Control and Recuperation Program, Remuneration and Compliance.
• Member of the group responsible for designing and implementing the global Performance Assessment program at all company units throughout the world.
• Answered for development of the leadership training program aligning career planning for South American executives.
• Created the profit-sharing program that was implemented in the region, establishing criteria and metrics aligned with company directives and Performance Assessment results.
• Monitored all cases related to Compliance issues in South America, including review of all program material and training all collaborators.
