Roles

• Plan and follow routes: Use GPS and local knowledge to plan efficient and timely routes,
adapting to traffic and weather conditions.
• Load and unload cargo: Safely and securely load and unload goods or equipment.
• Transport goods or passengers: Safely transport items or people to their designated locations.
• Meet deadlines: Operate efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and expenses.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers: Provide status updates and communicate
professionally with all parties.
• Handle paperwork: Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and in order before or after a
trip.
• Provide customer service: Interact with clients and passengers in a professional and courteous
manner.
