• Interacting with customers in determining the type of tires required, answering questions and making product recommendations.
• Advising customers about the tire specifications and best way to use for better use.
• Quoting the prices, credit terms, warranties along with the expected delivery times.
• Providing members with booked appointments for special orders at time of purchase.
• Invoicing tire purchase and install/repair services. Loads appointment tires and transfers to preset staging area in sales.
• Maintaining sales records and returns for the inventory control.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Sales of tires and Mechanical Service provider to all kind types of vehicle like OTR's, TBR's, PCR's etc
• Managing a team of 25 employees working for Heavy Vehicle & Passenger Car Service, Tire change, Battery Sales & Technical repairs.
• Monitoring and managing daily whole operation of the workshop, including sales & generating reports.
• Targeting Workshops, Transport companies, Used Car Dealer & Rent a car companies for lubricant tires & services.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
• Setting of prices for customers as per their volumes ensuring profitability to the company.
• Taking care of stock replenishment & placing orders to suppliers.
• In charge of complete business activity.
• Planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment.
• Supervising installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Conferring with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures.
• Resolving system malfunctions, and providing technical information.
• Involving in research and analyzing customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
• Specifying system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.
• Investigating equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.
