• Receives and counts stock items, and records data manually on cards and also using computer on data base.
• Verifies inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigates discrepancies and adjust errors.
• Stores items in an orderly and accessible manner at the specified area and the storage areas.
• Marks stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
• Keep records all the damage of stock handling equipment per ARIMS (ARMY RECORDS & INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM).
• Paper storage of tools and Equipments using standard location system. Using FED-LOG to perform interactive information on tool and equipment.
• Conducting the monthly and weekly inventory of the item in the storage areas
• Request and Receive goods, verify the Cost of items, and reports to the Supervisor.
• Using Maximo (a Software from IBM) for issuing expendable and durable items.
• Print the transaction from Maximo and used it to verify all the issued items versus the quantity issued in the storage areas.
• Co-ordinates with the Supervisor to be done the Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL).
• Prepares and submit the daily & Monthly transaction to Supervisor.
• Prepares and submit the weekly & Monthly Reports to Supervisor.
• Performs related duties as required.
