• Working as an Accounts manager and supervising the team of accountants.
• Preparation of Financial Statements such as Profit & Loss, Balance sheet, Cash flow and other relevant Reports, reporting it to Management.
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
• Dealing with Accounts payables and receivables activities.
• AR aging report preparation and its actions.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Verification of accounting entries posted by accountants and its approval.
• Ensure accounts are kept updated on regular basis also keeping an eye on company expenses.
• Verification of VAT entries and quarterly VAT Filings.
• Creation of Purchase Contracts and its delivery to suppliers.
• Generation of Purchase orders and sales orders in SAP.
• Creation of invoice and other relevant documents.
• Verifying shipping documents including Bill of Loading and its approval.
• Preparing supplier payment planning reports and submitting for approval.
• Preparing payment requests/letters to bank and submitting for authorization to the signatory.
• Forwarding payment requests to bank and follow ups for SWIFT.
• Handling calls from suppliers and deal accordingly.
• Preparation of Bill Of Exchange and other collection documents to bank.
• Verifying accounting entries posted by accountants.
• Preparation of payment due lists.
• Payments follow up with customer and tracking document realization by the customer as per bill of exchange.
• Preparing fund planning reports and submitting to the manager.
• Dealing with other relevant functions upon requirement and necessity.
