• Gives out an excellent service to establish and enhance the relationship of AT&T SE customers and company.
• Excellent in performing office support duties. Just like addressing customer complaints.
• Responsible for acceptable performance levels & providing the performance objectives.
• Acts as an Assistant of Team Leaders by supporting their agents on their concerns.
• Assisting Australian customers on their account such as queries on the network & billing concerns with TELSTRA’ s four major products such as Telephone, Mobile, Internet (BIGPOND) & TV service (FOXTEL from TELSTRA).
• Assisting European customers on their account such as queries on the network, billing concerns & basic troubleshooting on their mobile phone.
• Deals with and helps resolve any customer complaints.
• Assisting American customers for troubleshooting DishNetwork Equipment
• Assisting American customers for billing concern & inquiries on their Dish Network account
• Acting as an Operations Manager from time to time or as the need arises.
• Managing the team & motivating every agent to be effective, productive & successful on the floor.
