 Road Over Bridge of N.H - 47 Vytilla Ernakulam
 Rail over bridge of southern railways, Ernakulam

Nature of Project & Works:
 Construction of 9 facilities at Zayed Military city, Sweihan (CMW, Defense) in Chemical Camp.
 Construction of Mosque

Projects Involved:
 Construction & maintenance of different facilities in different CMW camps in Zayed Military City
 Construction & maintenance of different villas

 Overall involvement in all the activities related to the construction works at site
 Organization, Execution and Supervision of Project related works from the concept to completion.
 Monitoring Project Documentation.
 Liaison with Contractors, Consultants, Client, etc
 Raising Notifications for variations, delay in approvals & Extension of Time using FIDIC and
Particular conditions of Contract.
 Close Monitoring of all the critical activities of the Projects.
 To obtain all the related approvals of sub-contractor, shop drawings, materials, etc.
 Assisting the Contracts department in finalizing the contract agreements of subcontractors using
the standards (FIDIC).
 To provide with all the safety requirements.
Project Engineer
 Closely monitoring the site with the relevant authority drawings to deliver a quality product in the
scheduled time.
 Follow up with the consultant for the submittals and inspections.
 To arrange the required materials and manpower to execute the works as scheduled.
 Monitoring the site progress and comparing with the program of works and recording the delays.
 Implementing health & safety policies.
