Travel assignment as Endoscopy RN
Travel assign. in Marysville, Ca. at Freemont-Rideout Hospital in PACU. Pre/post op care in local trauma center.
NIH, Bishop, Ca, House Supervisor, Apr. 2015- Jul. 2015. Dec. 2015- Mar. 2016. 25 bed local hospital. Staffing, bed control, Case mgnt., Conflict resolution, Relief as needed,
Summit Hosp., Apr. 2016- Sep 2016. House Supervisor of two hospitals( worked each separately) 250-300 bed. Staffing, bed control, conflict resolution.
Multiple flights as RN with patient for different medical problems. Most work done on Commercial aircraft.

HSE/Medic aboard Derrick construction barge in Mexico. Ordered all meds and equipment needed for clinic and set it up prior to and during tow to Mexico. Treated all personnel aboard for all injuries and illnesses. Also, HSE aboard vessel for all projects. Included preshift and weekly meetings. Insured compliance with all safety reguiations.
HSE and medic responsibilities as above. As Administrator responsible for daily job report, expat time aboard, tracked time for all expat personnel overseas for annual bonuses, set travel to and from home for time of all expat personnel. Included travel, hotel arrangements, boat or helicopter to and from vessel.
Semester course on flight nursing.
Basic dive medicine course for physicians and medics. Instructors Tom Shields, Steve Watt, and Phillip James, MD's.
Graduated from the university with an Associates degree in Nursing. A total of 110 hours completed. Need 12 hours general courses and 3 nursing classes to have a BSN
