• Advisor to GM Field Operation/production
- Efficiency control procedures and cost saving for JV onshore field operation (8.5 MUSD savings 2015) regarding land logistics, catering, HSE, construction of projects and security. Also for CAD
- Budget study and phasing (30 MUSD). Analyse commitment and performance versus approved budgets lines.
- Study, prepare and follow up of all local contracts related to : Labour contract, civil projects, waste management, buildings maintenance.
• Advisor to DGM CAD (community affairs and development regarding):
- Follow up on all community projects (sustainable development projects 10 MUSD) where company has operation, develop feasibility study for local small medium enterprises, study of community affairs budget plan for 5 years.
-Budget study and phasing (55 MUSD). Analyse commitment and performance versus approved budgets lines.
- Signed MOU's analyse and interpretation.
•having 400 personnel under my responsibility with a yearly budget of 4.75MUSD
•Manage construction interfaces on behalf of drilling dep. Between drilling / production / upgrade project teams
•Study and preparation of drilling site (road design, location, camp….)
•Preparation of Contracts with local companies ( maintenance, logistics, supply …)
•Liaise with security /logistic department for all procedures
•Follow civil works with construction and project department TEPNG related to drilling site
•Negotiate with host communities.( Memorandum of Understanding )
*Area Manager : Handling all projects inside 5 Nigerian states (Rivers, Bayelsa, Imo, Akwa Ibom and Abia) and having 800 personnel under my responsibility and projects amounting 50 MUSD.
