•Leverage professional relations with major FMCG and marketing players in the region to prospect new business opportunities.
•Formulate and implement brand management approach and plans for the brands under management to enhance brand image, awareness and to facilitate sales growth.
•Study market trends and consumer preferences locally and internationally to effectively understand the latest branding trends and needs in the market to contribute to understand and specify customer expectations and adopt a suitable approach for brand management.
•Collect and compile market intelligence information and customer data, prepare analyses and reports to facilitate overall decision-making on brand management strategy.
•Plan and organise events, launches and promotions for the brand under management in conjunction with to improve market visibility and boost sales.
•Managing the deployment of production activities for global FMCGs in the region to ensure timely delivery of the branding and marketing material.
•Execute brand activation campaigns, from planning and organizing the engagement, developing marketing campaign designs to effectively target consumers, while monitoring the implementation to ensure that budget and cost are effectively managed.
•Manage the preparation and consolidation of the branding budget, monitor performance to ensure that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly.
•Mange, develop and motivate subordinates to work effectively and efficiently to their best potential.
