Providing consultancy in construction and rehabilitation works, and playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficency and compliance of projects aimed at revitalizing existing structures. Responsible for: assesment and planning, quality assurance, project management and improvement.
Handeling administrative tasks in the design and construction of a luxurious villa, spa and guard house, BUA 17000 sqm. Ordering equipments, materials and supplies, managing deadlines and workflows, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Worked on the New Naval Base Project, owned by the Qatari Emiri Naval Forces. Conducted all kind of site activities, excavations, ground improvement activities, concrete, piling, finishing and infrastructure works. Implemented surgical measures in coordination with different teams and contractors ensuring normal work flow during pandemic and recession. Introduced operational KPIs, and tracked leading and lagging indicators.
Monitored and supervised piling works in King Salman International Complex For Maritime Industries and Services, and checking site activities as required by specifications. Secured logistics and permanently inspected BOQ implementation.
