Implemented surgical measures in coordination with different teams and contractors ensuring normal work flow during pandemic and recession. Introduced operational KPIs, and tracked leading and lagging indicators.
Monitored and supervised piling works in King Salman International Complex For Maritime Industries and Services, and checking site activities as required by specifications. Secured logistics and permanently inspected BOQ implementation.
