• Conducts SPDP (Spare Parts Data Package) review and cataloging
• Coordinates with SAP MT, Equipment contractors, vendors & suppliers (OEM & OCM) for easy completion of the SPDP’s under review
• Review, assess and approve cataloged equipment from the Mechanical Discipline team before submission for QA/QC process done by SA ARAMCO-MSD
• Create Weekly Backlog Reports to monitor the movement of the SPDP’s assigned under my discipline

• On-site creation and installation of standardized markers for establishing warehouse parts location system prior to walkdown process in cataloguing methodology.
• Compilation of parts information as per warehouse stocking system based on the client’s master file and codification of stock codes, tags, nameplates or any other source of pertinent data relevant to validation process.
• Responsible in re-arranging and defining item descriptions according to its proper Noun Object, Modifier (Data Scrubbing) with Characteristics, Type, Manufacturer Name and Part Number methodology.
• Provides data content Enrichment and Enhancement based on company supplied application software.
• Collection of technical information, measurements and characteristics of specific items to describe inventory items according to the Standard Modifier Dictionary (SMD).
• Identify specific stock categories for inclusions on data capture forms.
• Identify discrepancies between actual item characteristics attributes and measurements based on source description or reference documentation.
• Identify standards, part numbers and manufacturer/supplier information from actual item or other reference documentation.
• Capturing of all relevant information manually on a data capture form for encoding purposes.
• Research using vendor and OEM catalogues and computerized databases.
• Taking digital images for each catalogued item and attaching the image file electronically to the respective item being photographed.
• Assigned in EDV (Electronic Data Verification) system methodology development of data for cleansing, enrichment and standardization as well as Data Scrubbing to establish standard description format for all stock coded items on review as defined in Material Standard Catalogue Dictionary.
