Achieving in all activities related to the effective execution of settlement cash and credit functions within generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies on cash, credit, settlement, settler’s shortage/overage and related controls with the objective of managing credit and settlement risks.
Strictly implements proper settlement for cash and credit policies and procedures performs all settlement daily transaction activity based on RAMS - roles and accountability measures.
Conducts pre-settlement review, reconciliation and verification of route sales transactions, receives collections, verify and validates remittances and ensures the correct posting of exact amount of payments.
Doing review reconciliation of official documents and supporting documents upon settlement and the remittances of every settlers ensures reconciliation against issued accountable documents.
Supervised storage and safekeeping of receivable records in order to ensure all financial records are well organized and maintain efficient filing of documents, reports and ensures its safety.
Provides daily pending load sheets reports summary at the end of daily transactions summarized list of unsettled settlements, print and update daily SDSS report package and OR breaks monitoring reports.
Plan, lead, organized, directs and control the plant physical distribution third party delivery TPD operation within the company accepted procedures, guidelines, and policies with the objective of ensuring availability of quality products at the right quantity, place and time at optimum cost.
Supply the plant needed TPD delivery truck units at all times. Plan monitor and allocation of stocks as per sales requirements and monitoring daily stocks inventory reports to ensure the quantity and availability of products to serve and to be delivered.
Lead, monitor and implements timely delivery of finished goods and pull-out of containers in every store outlet also handle’s warehouses & cost management in plant’s physical distribution TPD hauling operating expenses in order to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
Prepares summary, reports and documentation management of daily shipments, deliveries, ensure that all plant TPD delivery is delivered right on time.
Gate control, performs task relative to proper checking, recording and accounting in and out of all shipment’s receipts of full’s, empties, shells, pallets etc. and other all the company property’s and items from company’s premises.
Count scores and documents routes and transport vehicle’s loads during check in and out, signs load sheets, delivery receipts and receiving report and transport trip ticket.
Complies source documents and prepares summary of shipments, receipts, and other transactions pertaining to full’s empties, shells and pallets.
Encodes information of data for computer processing and prepares the daily and monthly floor stock inventory report of finished goods, empties, shells, and pallets.
Conducts daily physical counts, prepares and maintains control records of outgoing and incoming shipments, performs clerical tasks and prepares the necessary materials and secure related information for inventory counts.
Conducts inventory counts and prepares necessary summaries and records related to inventory activities. Prepares delivery receipts and acknowledges receiving reports of all outgoing and incoming shipments related to yard controlled inventories.
Doing yard records of culletization, dumpage and shell destruction coordinates approval of such records and maintains the necessary files related to such records.
