Implement business development and brand awareness of the company products (Plastic Packaging) by setting marketing plans for every new consignment in different regions in KSA.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Craft training programs & develop the Heads of sales department & merchandisers to perform at their most profitable level. Conduct workshops & competitive analysis to establish data base.
• Set the objectives & action plans, monitor execution & evaluate results with sales & marketing teams.
• Business Plan preparation, manage BP meetings & getting management needed approvals for implementation.
• Increase brand awareness of company products in the plastic industry by setting marketing plans for both Horeca & Retail sectors.
Coordinate the process of Sales, development and growth being converters and distributors of plastic (Flexible packaging, Agri films, Stretch, Shrink, Barrier films, Masterbatch, Additives, Fillers, Food packs), and Consumable products (Household tissue, Medical & Personal care hygiene disposables Catering foodservice & Janitorial supplies and paper products). Implementing strategies and applying the expertise accumulated along my career rotation in Sales, marketing and product development within Ksa affiliates throughout the peninsula and Gulf region.
Responsible to organize and manage Al-Rim Water distribution channel in the most efficient way while leading a team of sales supervisors and a fleet of cash van-sales to meet the needs of both the company's targets and the market needs.
Managing the operation of the distributor associate of Int'l FMCG brands (Dano, Lurpak, Negroni, Puck, Kaval cheese, Green Giant, Hershey's). Responsible to implement the pre-set yearly marketing plans and involved in the setup and control of the company's general forecast while leading the sales team in a specific area.
