To manage the aircraft turnaround including weight and balance, ramp operations, onboard loading including systems, aircraft door operations, onboard cabin safety and security support, aircraft servicing including potable water, toilet servicing and catering. Is the senior point of liaison for third party ramp operations ensuring that ground handling requirements and standards are met at all times.
Use appropriate GSE equipment, in accordance with define procedures, to lift move & load/offload pallets/ULDs onto/off different type of aircraft. Perform a range of pre & post flight support duties including conducting miscellaneous procedural checks, weighting of ULDs etc, scanning & completion of documents etc.
To serve the guest in accordance with the JW Marriott standards of Food and Beverage Quality while analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability. To assist the restaurant in reservation and create a variety of ongoing promotional activities to increase revenue. Display aggressive hospitality with both guest and co-workers. Take pride in all facets of the service to include quality, appearance and professionalism.
