Working under Procurement &Contracts Department reporting to Director/Insurance. Fully responsible for all Insurance requirements of Etisalat including but not limited to Property All Risks, Public Liability, Cybercrime, Credit life, D & O and Medical Insurance. Advising Risk Management-Etisalat wide & IT team on new Insurance products suitable for the company to mitigate the risk.

Technical:
 Management of the entire Insurance activities including but not limited to; Insurable Risks Assessment, policies procurement and claims Management.
 Continuously Review/ Develop and Maintenance of the Insurance Policy & Procedures in coordination with the respective department \[Legal& Risk department/ Process Improvement/Audit/Property Management/Telecommunication/Mobile \]
 Continuously monitor new risk areas, advise top management and ensuring that proper new Insurance are in place to mitigate any emerging risk scenarios
Procurement:
 Leading RFI/RFQ/RFP and TENDER Management.
 Liaison with Insurance Companies/ International brokers
 Establishing collaborative and effective relationships with the key Re/Insurer and internal customer.
 Contracts administration for Insurance Policy procurement and ensure that all the negotiated Agreement Terms & SLAs are fulfilled.
 Identification and drive cost reduction opportunities through negotiation, alternate sourcing, while ensuring the continuation and enhancement of coverage.
 Full In charge for renewals and analysis of policy and quotes.
 Responsible for the financial approvals of Insurance as per Devolution of Power
 Custodian of Etisalat-UAE wide Insurance policies
Claims Management:
 Full Claim Management and ensure that claims are settled in full within the agreed SLA
 Liaising with Loss Adjusters/Re/Insurers for speedy and effective claim settlement
 Management reporting of claims and performance of polices to Audit Department.
Others:
 Advising Risk Improvement Measures (RIMs) especially to Administration, Facility Management, Risk Management and Telecommunication and Mobile Team
