Duties and Responsibilities:
Study and review issued for construction drawings such as Electrical System, HVAC, Plumbing, Public Address System, Security System, Fire Alarm System, ELV System, etc.
Prepare and raise inspection requests such as IRE’s and MIR’s as per site installations and material submittals.
Inspects thoroughly the quality of work as per project approved drawings and specifications.
Visits daily the site to verify the installations before preparing IR’s.
Do red lining in IFC drawings prior for inspection request and as-built.
Prepare and submit method statements as per scope of work.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Study and review issued for construction drawings such as Public Address System, Access Control System, LAN System, and other related Extra Low Voltage and Low Voltage Systems.
Interprets and adapts traditional methods in developing design
calculations, layouts, drawings, and specifications that support project objectives and
standards
Do estimates on permanent materials, consumables, tools and equipment based only on approved drawings prior for request and purchasing.
Supervise work, can handle upto 50 manpower and monitor their work.
Supervise with correct method of installation of cable trays, conduiting, cable pulling, installation of ELV devices, cable termination and testing from ground level to underplatform level of a station.
Make technical decisions and implement it on site
Coordinates with other disciplines such as Architectural, Civil, MEP, and also Client for drawing verifications and to discuss installation obstructions on site

Estimates on lighting system, power system, grounding and lightning protection system, and auxiliary system for all types of building construction
Provide dedicated resources to prepare cost estimate, cost report, and schedules
Preparing/pricing, estimating/take-off for bidding/tendering stage projects and analyzing cost, to come up with a reasonable price achieve by preparation of cost breakdown base on the recent market rates
Study and review carefully project specifications and all tender documents
Computes the man-loading and equipment-loading required based on the parameter
Gathers and reviews at least three quotations for one item from bill of materials from the subcontractors and suppliers

Duties and Responsibilities:
Study and review all Approved for Construction (AFC) drawings and bid documents provided by the client
Supervise work (cable tray installation, lighting system installation, cabling and grounding installations for all mentioned buildings)
Stays regularly on site to monitor activities and manpower workloads to avoid misleading and incorrect installation practices
Closely monitor any given tasks on site to achieve milestones and schedules
Coordinates with other disciplines such as Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Piping, and also Client for drawing verifications
Responsible for all variation/change orders and ensures that these are addressed and coordinated with all concerned parties
Attends daily and weekly coordination meeting with the management team regarding work progress
Creates own report in excel sheet to be presented in management team knowing the accomplished workloads and balance of works for each of the mentioned buildings

Estimates electrical and mechanical materials from a given AFC drawings such as conduits, wires and cables, consumables, cable trays, electrical panels, lightings, auxiliary devices, sprinklers, smoke detectors, heat detectors, and other fire alarm devices
Supervise work
Check updated drawings from time to time to ensure that the work implemented on site is matching with the latest approved drawings
