Duties and Responsibilities:

 Study and review issued for construction drawings such as Electrical System, HVAC, Plumbing, Public Address System, Security System, Fire Alarm System, ELV System, etc.
 Prepare and raise inspection requests such as IRE’s and MIR’s as per site installations and material submittals.
 Inspects thoroughly the quality of work as per project approved drawings and specifications.
 Visits daily the site to verify the installations before preparing IR’s.
 Do red lining in IFC drawings prior for inspection request and as-built.

 Do estimates on permanent materials, consumables, tools and equipment based only on approved drawings prior for request and purchasing.

 Closely monitor any given tasks on site to achieve milestones and schedules
 Coordinates with other disciplines such as Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Piping, and also Client for drawing verifications
